Whether you are building a custom home, doing an extensive home remodel, or looking to add on or remodel the exterior of your home, our team of professionals will make the entire process seamless from start to finish. 

• A complementary on-site consultation will be scheduled where our Project Manager discusses the scope of the project and your expectiations/requirements. Budget and financing is discussed and photos taken for proposal purposes. 
• Proposal is reviewed and possible changes to scope will be discussed based on material selections.
• Agreement is signed for initial design and engineer fees, timeline for showroom visits and selections with our Designer will be discussed, and down payment will be collected.
• Formal design and layout of space is created and presented, selections are formally signed off, and estimate will be re-adjusted to reflect any design/selection changes.
• Contract is presented reflecting proposal and project scope, structure and timeline for payments are communicated, and project start and completion date will be estimated.
• Construction and remodeling work begins, final walkthrough will be scheduled with homeowner following completion of project, and professional photos may be scheduled upon completion of project.
