Carpentry Project Lead

Position Type:  Full-Time

Description of Team Participation:

• Assist in leading a construction team to complete high-quality projects
• Assist with clients throughout the project process to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Assist in leading our company training, development and safety program

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience 
• Strong skill set in 
  • Deck Building
  • Additions
  • Kitchen & Basement Remodels
  • Window & Door Installation
  • Siding
• Outgoing personality, able to connect with people effectively, strong communication skills
• Ability to lead teams and motivate others
• Goal & detail oriented, self-starter, forward thinker, team player and adaptive
• Technology Skills
• Willingness to work some evening and weekends when necessary
• Valid MN driving license, clean driving record, and able to pass DOT physical

Compensation: 

• $25-$30/hour based on experience experience
