Exterior remodeling is our primary focus, so as our Sales Representative you will be driving business for projects that entail window and door replacement, custom deck builds, siding replacement, porch additions, and roofing replacement.
Position Type: Full-Time
Description of Team Participation:
- Generate leads and answer incoming leads provided by Cinergy Homes and Remodeling
- Provide prospective clients comprehensive estimates in an expedited fashion using company provided software
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout project process until completion
- Maintain communication with leads, clients, team members and management
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience
- Positive attitude
- Great demeanor
- Detail oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Team player
- Willingness to work some evening and weekends when necessary
- Clean driving record and able to pass DOT physical

Description of Team Participation:
- Assist in leading a construction team to complete high-quality projects
- Assist with clients throughout the project process to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Assist in leading our company training, development and safety program
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience
- Strong skill set in
- Deck Building
- Additions
- Kitchen & Basement Remodels
- Window & Door Installation
- Siding
- Outgoing personality, able to connect with people effectively, strong communication skills
- Ability to lead teams and motivate others
- Goal & detail oriented, self-starter, forward thinker, team player and adaptive
- Technology Skills
- Willingness to work some evening and weekends when necessary
- Valid MN driving license, clean driving record, and able to pass DOT physical
Compensation:
- $25-$30/hour based on experience experience
